the last time i removed the pen from the plastic storage cup the blue protective cover fell off the probe. i can reseat it properly but now it wont stay on. regards Steve

It is too bad customer support sucks bad never got an answer from them great equipment but the customer service is questionable

Mine came off also. PH60.
I do not believe it hurts anything.
I'm just a user not a tech but that's my thoughts on it.
