I actually have no problem at at all. I've been growing hydroponically for the past two years. This is my forth PH pen, the Apera PH 20. It holds stable readings and calibrates easily. Something the previous pens just couldn't do... For very long anyway. I called support the other day with a very small problem and spoke with Brian. very knowledgeable and helpful thank you Brian.

I've bought a few pens from Apera over the last few years and enjoyed using them. I picked up a new PH60 this year and really liked it, especially the screen back lighting. It did hiccup on me once and customer service was right there on it for me. That was really nice. One of the best I've talked to actually. They definitely stand behind their products. Good pens, I would purchase again Happy Growing

Hi, I received an SX-650 pH meter last Christmas and I've been using it off and on with my panettone dough. I ordered this model because it was recommended by another baker so I hope it's the right one for what I need it for. I have some querries on it though.

1. How often should it be calibrated? The pack came with a pH7.00 calibration buffer solution.

2. When i turn on the meter, what should the ideal reading be? Or is there a specific number? Mine right now shows from 3.7-3.8.

Hope you can give me a clarification and some tips, too.

Thank you, Ana Marie

I bought a PC60-Z about 3 months a go and the beginning I connected to the Bluetooth but when I update my phone the Bluetooth connection disappears and I try to connect it to the ZenTest application via Bluetooth it never finds the device or asks me for a pin that I don't know which one it is? Can help me with this problem?
