Is the storage solution for the PH60S-E Spear Probe also the 3M KCL?

Doesn't seem that the 7.0 calibration fluid is available except in a kit with 4.0 fluid. A waste if one doesn't typically calibrate or test in the 2 to 6 range (as in checking pool water PH). It would be nice if the 7.0 fluid was available individually.
