POR FAVOR, NECESITO SABER CÓMO RESTABLECER LOS VALORES DE FABRICA PARA EL MODELO PH20. LO HE INTENTADO CON LA INFORMACIÓN QUE APARECE EN EL MANUAL PERO NO LO CONSIGO.

GRACIAS.

When I attempt to calibrate in the 7.0 solution the meter reads 5.3 and doesn’t move up nor down.

I have same issue and cannot clear this reading on the machine. Did you find a solution? Thank you.

I believe that this is just a "software version number" that shows when the meter is turned on.  It is in no way an error message or a fault with the meter. It momentarily displays on the LCD when you turn the meter on before it goes into the measurement mode. I hope that this helps.
